and its couple step away from the Hostel The desk manager Katia was very nice, the place is quite nice but very small, room are cleaned everyday but you have to leave your key at the front desk all the time when you exit the hostel or coming back. However, there are so many other towns and villages in the Algarve that offer more, we could have seen all that Tavera offered in a single day. 2 heated pools (indoor / outdoor) with nice hammam & sauna. I must say, that Hotel Oriental gives indeed value for the mpney.

There are plenty of good restaurants with local cuisine, for one who really like to eat good food this is the right place. I took the one bedroom apartment (sea-view) for 4 people and it was perfect! The location is very good, the hotel it self is very clean and nice, we didnt spend lot of time there, because the beaches is what brought us to algarve so..!
