Sincerely,i first time in this hotel with friends and i like it the staff is kindly and so friendly. The response was 300 other guests dont complain im the only 1 Order on 2 seperate occasions bedding for my room and it takes 40 minutes to an hour then my room was also dirty at 3pm after coming from outside I have asked to speak to the general manager after my first complaint i have not gotten this Also find spiders in my room I was given a better room after my first day due to central aircon only being able to blow hot but the service in this hotel is awfulDear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
