It makes up for it's lack in synergy in it's CC componentAlso very good for soloing too, as the large snare makes groups of three easier to hit with AoE skill.Can't say much about PvP meta since I haven't played PvP in ESO, but the snare persistence of Cinder Storm morph is very good as a soft CCThis is the last ability available at the Earth Heart skill line.It's a good tanking ability since it does little damage but keep mobs onto their places.It's may be also a good counter to nightblades in duels as long as you stay inside the circle.I don't see many people using this but I believe this skill has the potential to become good in Imperial City.Thanks.
