L’ensemble du complexe est très bien entretenu, très propre. All we did was to complain about the poor presentation of some of the food (who wants poached eggs so hard that they could be used as squash balls?) Since the hotel wasn't full, we were offered to move to another room in a better and more quiet section (read complimentary upgrade here) which addressed the problem nicely. While not West End the entertainment team certaimly made it enjoyable. Also, make a point of testing the hot water supply, the air conditioning and the patio door operation!! We hope that you will choose to visit one of our worldwide hotels once again, so we can regain your confidence. Some rooms along the main corridor are very noisy. The RIU Classic Hotels offer comfortable rooms and excellent facilities with great leisure and relaxation facilities, as well as international gastronomy.
